Music Center Spotlight Awards

The Spotlight Awards is a nationally-acclaimed
scholarship and arts training program for high
school students in the performing arts.
The application
deadline is October 1.
Categories include ballet and non-classical dance.
All talent levels are encouraged to participate!
All participants receive a performance evaluation
letter plus the opportunity to observe master classes.
All who advance to the semifinal level participate
in professional master classes, held from January
- March 2009 and receive $100.
First grand prize is $5,000, second grand prize
is $4,000. Honorable Mentions receive $250. Finalists
will be showcased at a gala performance on Saturday,
May 2, 2009.
