LABA Summer Dance Intensive July 18- August 12, 2011 Photo Audition If you cannot attend the Summer Intensive Audition please apply by Photo Audition. See Instructions Below. Pictures should be postcard sized. (4X6 or 5X7) with the child's name and phone number written on the back. Please attach pictures to the audition form with a $20 application fee and mail in an 11X14 envelope to LABA no later than May 1st. NO E-MAIL.
